With a strong background in finance spanning more than 30 years, Tammy Crandell brings exceptional attention to detail to every vacation she plans. Her passion for cruise travel began at age 21, the moment she first stepped onto a ship, and in 2012 she turned that passion into a profession by joining Theresa as a partner in the travel industry.

Tammy’s commitment to her clients goes far beyond booking a trip. From the very first conversation, she is dedicated to supporting her travelers before, during, and even after their journeys. Whether it’s arranging shore excursions, securing spa appointments, or reserving specialty dining, Tammy ensures every element of a vacation is thoughtfully handled.

With over 38 years in the retail travel industry, Doris Herman has dedicated her career to helping travelers explore the world with ease and confidence. From 1978 to 2016, she successfully owned and operated two travel companies while also leading 14 years of incoming tourism, giving her a wealth of knowledge in both domestic and international travel planning.

Doris’s career journey reflects her passion for people and lifelong learning. In addition to her accomplishments in travel, she taught high school art and Spanish from 2005 to 2011, sharing her love of culture, language, and creativity with students. She also continues to inspire others as a group fitness instructor, a role she began in 2022 and still enjoys today.

Today, Doris has re-entered the retail travel business as an independent contractor, bringing her seasoned expertise, personalized service, and a genuine passion for enriching experiences to every client she serves. Whether it’s designing custom itineraries, coordinating group travel, or guiding clients toward unforgettable adventures, Doris combines professionalism with a personal touch to make every journey exceptional.

Heather specializes in group tours, river cruises, Florida-based travel, and event planning. She loves leading group adventures along iconic rivers like the Danube and Rhine, crafting world tour itineraries, and organizing repositioning transatlantic cruises—perfect for those who prefer not to fly.

With a keen eye for detail and a flair for celebration, Heather also designs tailored travel packages for honeymoons, milestone events, and more. Her goal? To create meaningful, memorable travel experiences from start to finish.
